Hildebrand, Winona R., âNonieâ, 90, of Vinco went to be with the Lord on November 29, 2013 at her residence. She was born on October 5, 1923 in Johnstown. Daughter of Edward T. and Bertha M. (Covalt) Mackall. Preceded in death by parents and a brother, Glenn L. Mackall. Survived by loving husband of 67 years, Robert P. Hildebrand, Vinco; son; Edward H. and his wife, Catherine, Lancaster, PA; daughters, Tera M. wife of Timothy McFarland, Lancaster, PA and Carla F. wife of David Grasser, Vinco; grandchildren, Walter, Heidi, Lindsay, T.J., Carrie, Paul, and Kayla; 15 great grandchildren; sister, Velma F. wife of William Reddinger, Vinco and several nieces and nephews. Winona graduated from Franklin High School in 1942. She retired from I.U.8. where she was employed as a Teacherâs Aide. Winona was a member of Vinco Brethren Church; Vinco Senior Center and Tops. She enjoyed bowling, BINGO and playing cards. Winona was a devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother who will be remembered for her practical jokes and the notorious retelling of the âTale of the Burglar Boldâ. She loved traveling and being around people, but especially loved spending time with her entire family. Friends received from 3-7 P.M. on Monday at the Baker-Harris Funeral Chapel, 229-231 First Street, Conemaugh and from 9 A.M. until time of service at 10 A.M. on Tuesday at Vinco Brethren Church, with the Rev. Wes Lewis officiating. Private interment will be at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
