William R. Rose, Sr.

Rose, William R. Sr., 57, of Johnstown. Died Feb. 16, 2018. Born Sept 4, 1960, in Johnstown. Son of Philip R. and Doris J. (Snyder) Rose. Preceded in death by brother Robert Foster Rose. Survived by parents; wife Brenda L. (Wadas); children, William Jr., Kennett Square (Phila.), Taylor N. and Haven M. Rose, Johnstown; step daughter, Ashley Vogel; sisters, Barbara (Robert) Durica, Karen (Steve) Fedorko and Beth Alter; in laws, Connie and Bill Updyke; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. 1978 graduate of Greater Johnstown Vo-Tech. Employed by LTM Paving Co. Bill enjoyed fishing, hunting and riding motorcycles. He was a wonderful person who was a gentle soul and enjoyed being with his family, friends and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Friends received 4-8 PM Monday and from 9 AM to time of service at 10 AM Tuesday at Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland. Rev.
