William S. Remick Jr.

Remick, William S. Jr., 86, Mineral Point. Died Feb. 18, 2012, at the home of his son in Florida. Born Jan. 10, 1926, in Clearfield, Pa. Son of the late William S. Sr. and Sarah (Burton) Remick. Also preceded in death by wife of 55 years, Mardell Irene (Page) Remick. Survived by sons; Brian (Charlotte Bates), Cantonment, FL. and Gary (Debbie), Auburn, CA. Also 2 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Brother of Freda Goode and Alfred Remick, both of Lorain, OH. and Esther Gates of Richmond, MI. Retired Coal Miner and Member of Mineral Point United Methodist Church. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6 PM until time of service at 8 PM on Thursday at the Baker-Harris Funeral Chapel, 229-231 First St. Conemaugh, with the Rev. John Weaver officiating.
