Reddinger– William M., 93, Vinco, went to be with the Lord on February 6, 2017 at his residence. Born on November 10, 1923 in Mayport, PA, son of Malcome M. and Katie E. (Fink) Reddinger. Preceded in death by his parents, and brothers, Charles and John. He is survived by his loving wife of 70 years, Velma F. (Mackall) Reddinger; son, William G., married to the former Linda M. Henry, New Holland, PA; grandchildren, Melissa A. (Michael) Mackerley, Lancaster, Stacy L. (Patrick) Wright, Camp Hill, PA, and Matthew H. (Shelly) Reddinger, Leola, PA; great grandchildren, Ian, Sean, Shaelyn, and Ella and several nieces and nephews. Bill was a 1942 graduate of Conemaugh High School. He was a US Airforce Veteran serving during WWII at a B-17 Airforce Base in England. Bill retired from U.S. Steel after 32 years of service. He was a member of Vinco Brethren Church for 70 years. Bill enjoyed pitching horse shoes, hunting and his yearly fishing trips with his son in Canada. He loved his family dearly and will be remembered as a great husband, father, and grandfather, as well as being a true gentleman. At Bill’s request, there will be no public viewing or service. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family at the Baker-Harris Funeral Chapel, Conemaugh with the Rev, Wes Lewis officiating. Private burial will be at Benshoff Hill Cemetery.
