Keiser, Virginia âGinnyâ R. (Margroum), 84, formerly of Richland Township, Johnstown, went to be with the Lord Friday, March 29, 2013, at St. John Specialty Care Center, Mars, PA. She was born April 5, 1928, in Johnstown, daughter of George D. and Mary (Marsh) Margroum. Preceded in death by her parents; devoted husband, Ross D. Keiser; brothers, Frank (Elsie) Margroum, James (Viola) Margroum and Robert (Geneva) Margroum; and sister, Mary Lou (Clarence) Georg. She is survived by sons, James A. (Lonnie) Keiser, William R. (Elaine) Keiser and Edward E. (Lynn Heasley) Keiser; daughter, Joyce L. Keiser; grandchildren, Thomas, Jennifer and Sarah; great-grandchildren, Branden, Jasmine and Valecia; brother, George D. Jr. (Ethel) Margroum and several nieces and nephews. Virginia was a 1945 graduate of Garfield Junior High School, earning her GED in 1979 from Greater Johnstown Area Vocational Technical School. She worked at Bali Bra, Kings Department Store, Hallmark Cards and Windber COG. A loving homemaker and devoted spouse, Virginia enjoyed cooking for her family, gardening, bowling, crocheting, reading mystery novels and studying her Bible. Friends will be received from 3-7 P.M. on Wednesday, April 3, 2013, and from 10 A.M. until time of service at 11 A.M. on Thursday, April 4, 2013, at the Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland. Private interment will be at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
