DEVLIN---Virginia L. 86, Indiana, PA, formerly of Johnstown, passed away February 3, 2019, in Indiana. Born April 7, 1932, in Johnstown, daughter of Harry E. and Helen (Delozier) Miller. Preceded in death by parents; husband of 54 years, Jack D. Devlin, who passed away April 14, 2009; brother, Fred E. Miller. Survived by children, Michele Gerwick, Indiana, with whom she resided; Michael and wife, Elizabeth, Pittsburgh; grandchildren, Joshua Gerwick, Phoenixville, PA, Justin Gerwick, and wife, Stephanie, Indiana; and Charlotte Devlin, Pittsburgh, and brother, Ronald A. Miller, Marietta, GA. Member of Richland Christian Church. A memorial service will be held at 1:15 p.m. Sunday, February 10, 2019, at Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland, with Rev.
