REDDINGER—Velma Faye, 90, New Holland, PA, formerly of Vinco, PA went to be with the Lord on March 3, 2019. Born April 21, 1928, in Vinco, daughter of Edward and Bertha (Covalt) Mackall. Preceded in death by parents, her loving husband of 70 years, William M. Reddinger, brother, Glenn Mackall; and sister, Winona Hildebrand. She is survived by her loving son, William G. Reddinger and wife, the former Linda (Henry), New Holland, PA. Also survived by grandchildren, Melissa A. (Michael) Mackerley, Lancaster; Stacy L. (Patrick) Wright, Camp Hill, PA and Matthew H. (Shelly) Reddinger, Leola, PA; great-grandchildren, Ian, Sean, Shaelyn and Ella and several nieces and nephews and survived by one very special sister-in-law, Elizabeth Mackall, Duncansville, PA. Faye is a faithful member of the Vinco Brethren Church and has been for over 80 years. She retired from the Riverside Market in Vinco. During her life, she enjoyed babysitting, camping, fishing, bowling and playing card and board games. She loved her family dearly and will be remembered as a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. At Faye’s request, there will be no public viewing or service. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family with Pastor Zac Yonko officiating. Private burial, Benshoff Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be directed to Vinco Brethren Church, 123 Adams Avenue, Mineral Point, PA 15942 in memory of Velma Faye Reddinger.
