Teresa A. Sharpe

Sharpe, Teresa A., 84, of East Conemaugh. Went to be with the Lord on Jan. 30, 2016, at Conemaugh Medical Center. Born May 11, 1931, in Johnstown. Daughter of the late Michael and Anna (Novitsky) Fedornock. Also preceded in death by husband, Francis G. Sharpe who died in 1971; daughter, Kathleen Sharpe; sister Barbara; and brothers, Francis, Edward, John and Robert. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Survived by daughters, Teresa Joyce (Tom Williams) and  Jennifer Sukenik. Grandchildren, Jessica McGowan-Haight (Marty), Alison Emeigh, Kali (Pete) Ankney and Matthew Sukenik; great grandchildren, Connor and Ava Antonelli, Ryan McGowan, Isaac, Austin and Eli Ankney. Retired from Conemaugh Valley School District after 26 years of service. Teresa enjoyed going to the cabins at Prince Gallitzin and also spending time with family. Friends received 2-4 and 6-8 PM Monday at Baker-Harris Funeral Chapel, Conemaugh, where Vigil service will be held. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 AM Tuesday at the Church of the Transfiguration, Oak St. Conemaugh. Fr. Robert C. Hall, Pastor. Committal at Grandview Cemetery. The family would like to thank the caregivers from Medi-Hospice for their compassion and care of Teresa.
