BLOUGH---Tammy Diane, 56, Johnstown, cancer took an angel on March 2, 2021 at her home. Born May 9, 1964, in Allegheny County, daughter of Florence Blough. Preceded in death by parents. Survived by children, Kenneth Forsythe, Johnstown, Stacy Forsythe, Johnstown; grandchildren, Madison Caldwell, Tyler Forsythe, Ava Forsythe and Nova Forsythe. Sister of Sharon Kowalski, Deborah Louchart, Peggy Byrne, Glenn Blough, Cynthia Wilson and Stephanie Beabes; also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. She dearly loved her dog, Gypsy. Tammy also loved arts and crafts, painting, baking, gardening. There will be no viewing or visitation. Private service will be held at the convenience of the family. Tammy’s ashes will be scattered at Richland Cemetery’s scattering garden. Cremation and arrangements by Laurel Highlands Crematory at Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland.
