Sylvia B. Watts

Watts, Sylvia B., “Dolly”, 79, of Richland. Died Oct. 4, 2016, at Church of the Brethren Home. Born Feb. 11, 1937, in Johnstown. Daughter of the late Russell H. and Alma M (Donald) Watts. Survived by siblings; E. Arthur, married to Mary Ella (Engbert), Richland; and Donna L. McLeary, Summerhill. Aunt to Susan Pribulsky, Sandra Heming, Matthew Watts, Eve Gino, Valerie Watts, Christina Watts, Diana Zaman and  Lorrie Smith; and numerous great nieces and nephews. Retired employee of O’Shea’s Candies. Attended Emmanuel Baptist Church. Dolly enjoyed her cats, especially “Chloe” and arranging flowers. Friends received 4 to 8 PM Friday at Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland, where service will be held at 1:30 PM Saturday. Rev. Earl Butterfield, officiating. Interment at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. Family suggests donations to Church of the Brethren Home or Cambria County Humane Society in memory of Dolly.
