Shirley M. Shaffer

Shaffer – Shirley M., 68, Johnstown, went to be with the Lord on August 14, 2021. Born on June 30, 1953 in Johnstown, daughter of Joseph and Lanna (Straight) Giles. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, John Shaffer; siblings, Dorothy Bobak, Julie Stewart, Margaret Crocker, Gloria Cruse; Floyd, and Charles. She is survived by her son, Keith Giles, Fl; sister, Mary McJunkin; numerous nieces and nephews. Shirley will be remembered for her great sense of humor and will be missed by all. At Shirley’s request, there will be no public viewing. A private graveside service will be held at Headrick Union Cemetery. The family is being served by the Baker-Harris Funeral Chapel, 229-231 First Street, Conemaugh. Contributions may be directed to American Diabetes Association, P.O.
