Shirley A. Fetzer

FETZER--- Shirley A. (Mickle), 88, Johnstown, passed peacefully on Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at Arbutus Park Manor Retirement Community.   Born May 21, 1932, in Johnstown, daughter of Anson and Laura (Bentz) Mickle.  Preceded in death by parents and brother, Richard (Dick) Mickle.  Survived by husband of 69 years, Merle; 7 Children, Merle (Victoria Frye), East Petersburg, PA, Susan (George Seese), Johnstown, PA, Douglas, Thornton, CO, Brenda, Akron, PA, Donna, Ephrata, PA, Linda Keifline, Cumming, GA, and David (Cindy Tucker), Johnstown, PA. She was a beautiful Gram to 13 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren.  Also survived by brother, Allen (Barbara Paul) Mickle, Salix, PA, special friends, Gary and Elaine Kinley and several cousins, nieces and nephews.  The family will receive friends on Monday, September 14, from 6 to 8 PM at Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland, and again from 10 a.m. until time of Funeral Service at 11:00 AM Tuesday at the funeral home with Pastor Adam Dotts officiating.  Visitors are asked to please wear masks and following social distancing recommendations. Interment, Richland Cemetery. The family would like to thank the staff at Arbutus Park Manor for their loving and generous care to Shirley and her family for the last seven months.
