Romayne Wolfe

Wolfe, Romayne, “Rody”, 87, of Richland, went peacefully to be with her Lord and Savior, Oct. 6, 2013, at Memorial Medical Center, surrounded by her children.  Born Sept. 4, 1926, in Johnstown. Daughter of the late James E. and Effie J. (Foust) Gerber. Also preceded in death by husband, Clarence C. Wolfe; and an infant son, Donald J.; siblings, William, Helen Wisor, Betty Gorzelsky and James. Survived by children; Janet (Steve Chicko) Wolfe, Calvin C. (Susan), Ronald W. “Linc” (Carolyn “Sis”) and Edward C. (Barbara); grandchildren, Chris, Jeni, Mike, Wes, Linsey, Ashley and Eddie; great grandchildren, Chad, Arizona, Elana, Maddison, Landon, Mason and Hunter; sister of Marion Bunja and LaRue “Ruby” Yeager; sisters-in-law, Dorothy Gerber, Sarah Guillarmod and Nellie (Bill) Grech; numerous nieces and nephews. Charter and active member of Belmont United Methodist Church. Romayne was an avid bowler and sports fan. She enjoyed spending time with family. Friends received 2-4 and 6-8 PM Wednesday at the Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland and from 10 AM to time of service at 11 AM Thursday at Belmont U.M. Church. Pastor Keith Dunn, officiating. Interment, Richland Cemetery. Family suggests donation to Belmont U.M. Church Fellowship Committee in memory of Romayne.
