Roger A. Daniels

Daniels, Roger A., “Spec”, 85, of Richland. Died Feb. 10, 2015, at Arbutus Manor. Born Sept. 10, 1929, in Kimball, NE. Son of the late John and Theresa (Wilson) Daniels. Preceded in death by daughter, Jennifer in 1994; and 2 brothers. Survived by wife of 62 years, Marilou; son David (Sharon Prudhoe), Richland; granddaughters, Sarah (Michael) Drudy and Katelyn Daniels. Brother of Sharon Anthony, Texas. Also numerous nieces. Air Force Veteran of Korean War where he flew 60 missions. Spec went on to fly for United Airlines  with 35 years’ service. Founding member of St. Matthew’s Anglican Church. A wonderful husband, father, and grandfather who was a generous and helpful person. There will be no public viewing; however, relatives and friends are invited to attend funeral service at 11 AM Saturday at St. Matthew’s Anglican Church, 334 Southmont Blvd. Johnstown, PA 15905 (814-418-7066).
