Balko, Roberta Y., 84, Johnstown. Died May 4, 2018, at Windber Woods. Born June 30, 1933, in Johnstown, daughter of the late Robert and Mildred (ByRoade) Goebert. Preceded in death by husband, Paul Balko Jr.; brother, Barry Lynn and sister, Janice Guyer. Survived by children, Paul Robert (Kristin), Sandra Lee (Luigi Saccol), Victor Frederick and Douglas John; grandchildren, Joshua and Kiera Balko; Aubrey and Chloe Saccol; Nicole Andrews; Nathan Balko; Katherine Curcio; Kamdyn and Kaelyn Balko; great-grandchildren, Cameron Balko, Alexis and Leilana Andrews, Maxim and Mila Balko, Carra, Louis and Boone Curcio. Sister of Pamela Merriman. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Member of Moxham Lutheran Church, where she was a former member of the choir and former leader of the church Luther League. Roberta was on the activities committee at Valley Pike Manor. She coached softball for the Lorain-Moxham Softball League. She was known by many different names including Mom, Grandma, Roberta, Aunt Bobbie or Bobbie. The family will receive friends from 3 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland, where funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday Rev.
