Raymond E. Plows

Plows, Raymond Eugene, 80, of East Taylor Twp. Died Oct. 3, 2013, at home surrounded by family members. Born Aug. 8, 1933, in Johnstown. Son of the late John and Goldie (Penrod) Plows. Also preceded in death by wife, Evelyn R. (Rager); brothers, Joseph, Clarence, Wilbur, George and Charles; and sister, Deloris Plows. Survived by children; Michael (Bernadette), Ricky (Lynda Daniels), Raymond L. and Randy, all of East Taylor Twp; and Daniel (Lynda Yingling), Oil City. PA; 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Brother of Harry, Hazel Steele and Nancy (Richard) Rodgers. Also numerous nieces and nephews. Retired from S.C.M. Metal Products. Member of Johnstown Grace Brethren and attended Conemaugh Grace Brethren. Raymond enjoyed fishing, basketball, traveling, car shows, spending time with his grandchildren and family gatherings. Friends received 2-4 and 6-8 PM Sunday at the Baker-Harris Funeral Chapel, Conemaugh where service will be held at 7:30 PM. Pastor Rick Horner, officiating.
