McDowell, Raeleen A., 75, of Richland. Died June 6, 2015, at home. Born July 20, 1939, in Johnstown. Daughter of the late Raymond and Eileen (Scott) Barrett. Also preceded in death by sister, Jacqueline Vitovich. Survived by husband of 55 years, Francis A. McDowell; children, Dennis (Cheryl); Heather (John) Schultz; and Shawn (Robin). 3 Grandchildren; and sister, Veronica Heinlein. Also nieces and nephews. Graduate of Johnstown High School and worked as a private secretary until marriage. Member of St. Benedict Catholic Church, Geistown. Democratic Committee Woman and volunteered with Arbutus Boys Baseball League. Raeleen was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother who will be missed. There will be no public visitation, however, relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass at 10 AM Tuesday at St. Benedict Church. Fr. David S. Peles, Pastor.
