Phyllis Jean Pavlick

Pavlick – Phyllis Jean, 83, Conemaugh Township, Cambria County, went to be with the Lord on January 16, 2025 at Maple Winds Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, Portage. Born on July 29, 1941 in Coverhill, PA, daughter of Arnold and Mary (Burkhimer) Gilmore. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Donald Pavlick; sister and brother-in-law, Dorothy and Jim Topper; sister, Eileen Stuver; brother-in-law, Rudy Studer, and special friend, Barbara Emerick

She is survived by her loving children, Daniel (Beverly) Pavlick, Uniontown, PA, Tammy (Steve) Cummins, Nanty Glo, PA, Christopher (Brandey) Pavlick, Salix, PA; 12 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; siblings, Doris Studer, Coverhill, PA, and Raymond (Marge) Gilmore, Coverhill, PA; brother-in-law, Eric Stuver, Johnstown, and several loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, including Maigin Boring, and Gail Neuner, all of Coverhill, PA, and many friends. 

Phyllis was a 1960 graduate of Greater Conemaugh High School. She retired from East Hills Senior Center after 10 years of service as a Manager. Phyllis was a member of Grove Avenue United Methodist Church; Coverhill and Cambria County Volunteer Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed camping with her family, swimming and oil painting. Most of all Phyllis loved spending time with her entire family, especially her grandchildren.

At Phyllis’s request there will be no public viewing. Family and friends are invited to attend a committal service at 10 a.m. on Thursday at Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland, with the Rev. Debra Groeger officiating.
