Phyllis L. Frank

Frank, Phyllis L., 89, of Elton.  Entered eternal rest on December 25, 2020. Born in Johnstown on August 28, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Iva (Stull) Potter.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by children Ricky, David, Joyce and Darlene Frank; grandson, Aaron Szelong; and sister-in-law, Joyce Frank. She is survived by her husband, Richard L. Frank of Elton; daughter Brenda (Ric) Szelong, Johnstown; Grandchildren Jesse (Nicole) Frank, Rapid City, SD; Cody (Chet) Ball, Sinnamahoning, PA; Joshua Szelong and companion Alyssa Rouser, Johnstown, PA and Sarah Szelong and companion Brandon Schuerman, York, PA; great-grandchildren Terrin Frank and Avery Ball.  Also survived by brother-in-law, Paul Frank, nephew Michael Frank, niece Susan Frank and former daughter-in-law Janet Colwell (widow of son, David). Phyllis retired from the Jolly Roger restaurant, where she worked as a hostess for 10 years.  She was the treasurer for the Sons of the Union Civil War Mary P. Campbell #16 Auxiliary.  She attended Emmanuel Baptist Church. Death ends marriage union of 70 years. Friends will be received at the Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland from noon to time of service at 1:30 pm Wednesday. Pastor Kirk Rowland, officiating. Interment at Grandview Cemetery.
