Kochevar, Pauline (Cuturilo), 90, of Baltimore, MD, formerly of Franklin Borough, passed away on August 8, 2011 at Keswick Multi Care Center, Baltimore, MD. She was born on August 31, 1920 in Franklin Borough. Daughter of Marko and Anna (Karaffa) Cuturilo. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Frank L. Kochevar; sister, Elizabeth Ake; brothers, George, John and Adam Cuturilo; sister-in-law, Marjorie Cuturilo; brother-in-law Robert L. Ake. She is survived by her loving children, Mark, married to the former Barbara Redmond, Denver, CO and Markita Kochevar, High Bridge, NJ; granddaughter, Caroline Sophie Kochevar; sisters-in-law, Sophie Cuturilo, East Conemaugh and Jean Cuturilo, Wilmington, NC and several nieces and nephews. Pauline was a graduate of Franklin High School, where she excelled academically. Her love of journalism and writing never left her. Along with her sister Elizabeth and brother John, she had the distinction of never missing a day of school over her twelve-year education. She retired from the IRS, Baltimore, MD, where she was employed as a secretary. Pauline enjoyed music, reading, politics and socializing with family and friends. She was fiercely devoted to her family. Family and friends will be received from 6-8 P.M. on Thursday and from 9 A.M. until time of service at 10 A.M. on Friday at the Baker-Harris Funeral Chapel, Conemaugh, with the Rev. Father Robert C. Hall. Committal will be at Corpus Christi Cemetery, Dunlo, PA. Memorial contributions may be directed to a charity of oneâs choice in memory of Pauline.
