Paul P. Webb

Webb – Paul P., 61, of Richland Township, went to be with the Lord on January 17, 2016 at Memorial Medical Center. Born on September 30, 1954 in Johnstown, son of James F. Webb Sr., Johnstown and the late Ione (Warner) Webb. In addition to his mother he is preceded in death by his niece, Kelley Webb and sister-in-law, Kathy Webb. In addition to his father, he is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Cindy A. (Trabold) Webb, Richland Township; children, Shawn, married to the former Jenna Hruska, Gibsonia, PA, Aaron, married to the former Sara Paonessa, Pittsburgh, PA, Elizabeth, and Dane, both of Johnstown; grandsons, Max, Gavin, and Corey; brothers, James F. Jr., Pittsburgh, PA, Tom, Cranberry Township, and Ray, married to the former Michelle Noon, Evansville, IN, and numerous nieces and nephews. Paul was a 1972 graduate of Greater Johnstown Vo-Tech. While employed full time at MetLife he earned a master’s degree in in Human Resource Management from St. Francis University. He was employed at Martin Baker of America as an H.R. Administrator. Paul was a member of St. Benedict Catholic Church, where he served in the hand bell choir, and as Eucharistic Minister as well as serving on the Reunion Committee as treasurer. He was a Pitt football season ticket holder for 29 seasons, coach of Pee-Wee and varsity sports, and frequenting the craft show circuit with his wife, Cindy. Paul loved his entire family, especially spending time with his grandsons. His children will especially miss the annual last minute Christmas Eve shopping spree. Friends will be received from 2-8 p.m. on Wednesday at the Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland, where Vigil for the deceased will be held. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday at St. Benedict Catholic Church, Fr. David S. Peles, Pastor. Committal will be at St. Joseph Mausoleum.
