Patricia A. Marshall

Marshall – Patricia A., 83, Oakland, went to be with the Lord on January 30, 2017. Born on July 16, 1933 in Johnstown, daughter of Clarence and Catherine (Bunn) Paff. Preceded in death by parents; sister, Elizabeth Schlosser; brothers-in-law, Edward Schlosser and Charles Lane. She is survived by her loving husband, of 59 years, Regis T. Marshall. They were united in marriage on February 1, 1958. She is also survived by her sons, Michael R., Stoystown, PA, and Christopher J, married to the former Kelley Pierce, Cecil, PA; grandchildren, Logan and Lylah; sisters, Sister Catherine Paff, OFS, Millvale, PA, and Helen Lane, Loveland, OH; several nieces, nephews, and many friends. Patty was a 1951 graduate of the former Johnstown Catholic High School. She retired from Prudential Insurance Company after 17 years of service as an Office Manager. Patty was very devoted to her faith. She was an active member of St. Benedict Catholic Church. Patty enjoyed vacationing at the shore in Cape May, NJ and raising her German Shepherds. She especially loved spending time with her family and will be remembered for her loving and giving nature. Friends will be received from 3-7 p.m. on Thursday at the Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland, where Vigil for the deceased will be held. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday at St. Benedict Catholic Church, Fr. David S. Peles, Pastor. Committal will be at Grandview Cemetery Mausoleum.
