Burgan, Opal V, 88, of Richland. Died May 27, 2014, at Memorial Medical Center. Born Jan. 1, 1926, in Elton. Daughter of the late Mahlon J. and Maude L. (Harbaugh) Lehman. Also preceded in death by husband, Robert F. Burgan in 1991; siblings, Kenneth, Ruth Feathers, Iva Sipe, Zeda Schrack, Erma Stufft, Raymond, James and Geraldine Ickes. Survived by children; Michael, Richland; Robert, married to former Donna Demeo; Jennifer, wife of Douglas Little; and Debra, widow of Donald Demeo, all of Ohio. Also numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Sister of L. Grace Adams, Richland. Member of Belmont United Methodist Church. Friends received Friday 2-4 and 6-7:30 PM. Time of service 7:30 PM Friday at the Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland. Rev. Keith Dunn, officiating. Private interment at Dunmyer Cemetery.
