Mock, Nora, L., 83, of Salix, passed away on Jan. 30, 2013, at Arbutus Park Manor. She was born on May 1, 1929 in Salix. Daughter of Denzel and Lillian (Miller) Kring. Preceded in death by her parents; sister, Lydia Bell Smith. Survived by loving husband of 64years of years, Richard H. Mock, Salix; son, Richard D., married to the former Linda Bonfanti, Hilton Head, SC; brother, Ronald (Diane) Mock, Johnstown; grandchildren, Eric Mock, Hilton Head, SC and Julie ,wife of Todd Blake, Glouster, VA; great granddaughters, Katherine and Claire Blake both of Glouster, VA; sister, Sandra, wife of Denver Berkebile, Adams Township; step-brother, Clarence (Connie) Mock, Johnstown; step-sister, Verna (Joseph)Siefert, Bedford; Step-sister, Anna Mae Allen, Bedford. Also several nieces and nephews. Nora was a 1947 graduate of Johnstown High School. She retired after 43 years of service from Bestform, where she was employed as a Supervisor. She was a member of Salix Bethel United Methodist Church. Nora enjoyed crocheting, BINGO and fishing with her husband. Friends will be received from 4-8 PM on Friday and one hour prior to service at 10 on Saturday at the Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland with the Rev Don Poole, officiating.
