Nicholas P. Podoletz

Podoletz – Nicholas P., 64, Carlisle, formerly of East Conemaugh, went to be with the Lord on December 20, 2020 at UPMC Pinnacle Harrisburg. Born on November 30, 1956 in Johnstown, son of Peter P. and Elizabeth L. (Briggs) Podoletz. Preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Ronald B., Peter T. “Toby” Podoletz, and Richard Seibert; sister, Amy L. Podoletz-Bader; sister-in-law, Lorraine Seibert, and brother-in-law, Gregory Bader. He is survived by his loving siblings, John, Pittsburgh, Jeffrey, Middletown, Patrick, married to the former Susan Leary, Hollidaysburg, Beth, Harrisburg, Donna, wife of Ed Murphy, Middletown, Frank Seibert, married to Jan, Michigan and Thomas Seibert, Michigan; several nieces, nephews, and many friends. Nicholas was a 1974 graduate of Bishop McCort High School. He retired from YRC Freight as a dock worker. Nicholas enjoyed watching various sports and playing Tiger Woods against his brother, Jeff. Friends will be received from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. on Monday at the Baker-Harris Funeral Chapel, 229-231 First Street, Conemaugh, Fr. Robert C. Hall. Committal will be at Holy Trinity Cemetery. The family suggests contributions be directed to Donate Life America, 701 E Byrd St, Richmond, VA 23219 in memory of Nicholas.
