Neal D. Lehman Sr.

Lehman , Neal D., Sr., 69, of East Taylor Twp., went to be with the Lord on February 9, 2012 at his residence. He was born on July 5, 1942 in Johnstown, son of Earl J. and Pearl A. (Bowers) Lehman. Preceded in death by his parents; brother, Ronald A. Lehman and a nephew, Michael Lehman. He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Sylvia Ruth (Plummer) Lehman; sons, Neal D. Jr., married to the former Tammy Fritz, South Fork, PA and Christopher E., married to the former Bridget Ziemba, Elliottsburg, PA and daughter, Tracie J., wife, of Robert Graham, Woodvale; grandchildren, Kyle Ream, Nicole, Ethan, Christopher, Chloe, Autumn, Trinity Lehman and Johnathan and Joshua Graham; siblings, Robert married to the former Joy Weaver, Windber and Larry Lehman, Bon Air and several nieces and nephews. Neal was a 1962 graduate of Mt. Miguel High School, San Diego, CA. He was a US Army Veteran serving during the Vietnam War. Neal retired from Bethlehem Steel after 29 years of service as a Pickler. After retirement he was employed at General Cleaning and ACE Hardware. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, traveling and camping with his friends at Ole Bull State Park, but loved spending time with his entire family, especially his grandchildren. Friends will be received from noon until time of service at 2 P.M. on Saturday at the Baker-Harris Funeral Chapel, 229-231 First Street, Conemaugh, with the Rev. Rick Horner officiating.
