Trexler, Millicent A., âMillieâ, 75, of Johnstown, went to be with the Lord on May 19, 2012 at Memorial Medical Center. She was born on December 28, 1936 in Johnstown. Daughter of Earl J. and Lucinda (Kinney) Trexler. Preceded in death by parents; brothers, Thomas and Dennis; and a nephew, Matthew Trexler. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She is survived by her loving sisters-in-law, Barbara Trexler, Johnstown and Dottie Trexler, East Conemaugh; nieces, Angi Weir, Franklin Borough, Rita Corbett, Thomas Station, TN and Jacki Trexler, East Conemaugh and several great nieces and nephews. Millie was a 1954 graduate of Central Catholic High School. She was employed as an office manager at Gerhartâs Furniture Store, East Conemaugh and later went to work at Bantley Insurance Company, Windber. She was a member of the Church of the Transfiguration, where she loved serving as a Eucharistic Minister. Millie enjoyed playing BINGO and dining out. At Millicentâs request there will be no public viewing. Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass at 10:30 A.M. on Thursday at the Church of the Transfiguration, Father Robert C. Hall. Committal will be at Sacred Heart Cemetery. The family suggests contributions be directed to the Church of the Transfiguration, 340 Second Street, Conemaugh, PA 15909 in memory of Millicent.
