Mildred L. "Mick" Perry

Perry – Mildred L., “Mick”, 92, Geistown, passed away peacefully on May 9, 2017 at the Church of the Brethren Home, Windber, PA. Born March 15, 1925 in Johnstown, daughter of Bernard and Wilhelmina (Geiser) Sedlmeyer. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, John “Jack” Perry; brothers, Bernard and Thomas; sisters, Eileen Fox, Donamae Springer and Mary Jane Brandle who passed on March 27, 2017. She is survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews. Mildred was a graduate of Richland High School. She retired from Bestform after 40 years of service as a Supervisor. Mildred was a member of St. Benedict Catholic Church, Geistown. She enjoyed sewing, bowling, and spending time with her family and friends. No Viewing, however family and friends are invited to Funeral Mass at 1:30 PM on Friday at St. Benedict Catholic Church, Geistown. Fr. David S. Peles, Pastor. Committal will be at Grandview Cemetery. The family is being served by the Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland. Family suggests contributions be directed to St. Benedict Catholic Church, 2310 Bedford Street, Johnstown, PA 15904 in memory of Mildred.
