Mary P. Shoemaker

Shoemaker, Mary P., 86, of Sheffield Lake, OH, formerly of Mineral Point, PA, died on August 19, 2013 at Avon Oaks Nursing Facility, Avon, OH. Born on November 19. 1926 in Johnstown, PA. Daughter of the late Nicholas and Millie (Dicindio) Dantrilli. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Paul “Pete” Shoemaker Sr. and sister, Geraldine Zucco. She is survived by her son, Paul (Tina) Shoemaker Jr., PA; daughter, Mary Ann (Charles) Boozer, OH; 6 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; sisters, Viola Taormina and Rose Caeti; sister-in-law, Betts Shoemaker and several nieces and nephews. Mary was a member of the Church of the Transfiguration. She loved her family dearly and will be missed by all that knew her. Committal service will be held at 1 P.M. on Saturday at Forest Lawn Memorial Park Chapel, Father Robert C. Hall. The family is being served by the Baker-Harris Funeral Chapel, Conemaugh.
