Mary L. Martinovich

Martinovich – Mary L., 91, East Conemaugh, went to be with the Lord on May 3, 2018 at Conemaugh Medical Center. Born on April 14, 1927 in Johnstown, daughter of George and Elizabeth (Slavick) Svencer. Preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Andrew, Michael, Richard, David, and an infant brother, George; sisters, Dolly Tomak, and Dorothy Goncey, and a niece, Tamara Ramirez-Goller. She is survived by her loving son, Milich “Mitch”, Hager City, WI; brothers, George, married to the former Kathy Passeau, Bon Air, Albert, married to the former Victoria Pappas, East Taylor Township, Lawrence, Hollsopple, PA, and Frank, married to the former Doreen Dolgas, Vinco; sisters, Margaret Marshall, Windber, PA, and Ethel, wife of Pete Ramirez, East Conemaugh, and several nieces and nephews. Mary was a member of the Church of the Transfiguration. She enjoyed dancing, music, especially polka music and cooking ethnic food for her family. Mary loved spending time with her son and family and will be missed by all. Friends will be received from 10 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. on Friday at the Baker-Harris Funeral Chapel, Conemaugh. Funeral Mass will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday at the Church of the Transfiguration, Fr. Robert C. Hall, Pastor. Committal will be at Richland Cemetery.
