Mary Louise Howells

Howells, Mary Louise, 94, formerly of Conemaugh.  Went home to be with the Lord on January 29, 2016 at Golden Living Center in Richland.  Born on December 26, 1921 in Conemaugh.  Daughter of the late Emery and Mabel (Dudley) Hunt.  Also preceded in death by husband, Oscar D “Ottie” Howells; son Rodger and wife Irene (Orletsky); daughter Linda Schmall; brothers and sisters. Cecil, Donald, Allen and Harry; and Elva, Dorothy, Margaret, and Chelsea.  Survived by son-in law, Edward Schmall; Grandchildren; Rodger Howells, Rodney (Janice) Howells, Lisa Howells, Edward (Michelle) Schmall Jr., Janice Schmall, Lori Pelkey, Debra (John) Gongloff, and David (Emma) Schmall; Great grandchildren, Lauren (Brian) Geiser, Jessica Pelkey, Olivia Howells, Josh Howells, Kira Gongloff, and Nathan Gongloff; and great great grandchildren, Lydia Rager and Logan Pelkey.  Member of Summit Chapel United Methodist Church, and was an avid bowler in her younger days.  Mary Louise loved and cared for her family and will deeply missed.  Friend received from 4 to 8 PM on Monday at the Baker-Harris Funeral Chapel, Conemaugh.  Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM Tuesday at Summit Chapel United Methodist Church.  Pastor Keith Lohr, officiating.  Interment at Headricks Union Cemetery.
