Margaret Respet

Respet, Margaret, 98, of Palestine Rd., Salix. Died Mar. 22, 2015, at Arbutus Park Manor. Born June 7, 1916, Clearfield, PA. Daughter of the late Joseph and Stella (Luzier) Butler. Preceded in death by husband, Louis M. Respet; and brother, Harold Butler. Survived by children; Bonnie (David) Johnson; Dr. Patrick (Monica Flynn) Respet; and Katie Respet, wife of David Horner. Grandchildren; Analee Johnson; Amy Jennings, Bradley Johnson, Michael and Patrick McNamara; Quinn Caldwell and Thad Respet. Also 12 great grandchildren.  Sister of Glee Norman and Flo Conaway, both of Clearfield, PA. Graduate of Clearfield High School and Clearfield Hospital School of Nursing as a Registered Nurse. Retired from American Red Cross. Member of Salix Bethel United Methodist Church; Retired Nurses Association and Cambria County Farm Women. Margaret was deeply loved by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.  Family and friends received 6-8 PM Wednesday and 2-4 and 6-8 PM Thursday at Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland. Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM Friday at Salix Bethel United Methodist Church. Rev. Daryl Penrod, officiating. Reception following service at church. Private Committal.
