Davison, Margaret H., âPegâ, 92, of Vinco, formerly of Park Hill, went to be with the Lord on May 5, 2014 at Golden Living Center. Born on July 26, 1921 in Marcus Hook, PA. Daughter of Samuel and Edith (Hodgson) Cordingley. Preceded in death by parents; first husband, 1st Sgt. E.F. âDinkâ Leamer, United States Marine Corps., Retired and second husband, William Davison. She is survived by her loving children, Edith E., wife of James F. Vivis, Jackson Township, V. Ruth, wife of Bernard Lenhart, Myersville, MD and David S. Davison, Park Hill; step children, Mary Ann, William, Cathy Bitman, and Alice Davison, Johnstown; grandchildren, Richard (Carly) and Charles Ullery, Kevin (Teresa) Lenhart and Robyn (Chris) Kanode, Heather Champion, and David Jr., Samantha, Michael and Macey Davison; 10 great grandchildren; sister, Laura Spayd, Douglasville, PA; brother, Samuel (Lillian) Cordingley, FL and numerous nieces and nephews. Peg was a graduate of Marcus Hook High School and Chester Hospital School of Nursing. She was a Lieutenant (jg) US Navy Veteran serving during WWII on Parris Island, SC. Peg retired from Conemaugh Valley Memorial Hospital after 15 years of service as a Registered Nurse and then went private duty. She was a volunteer in the ASU Department at the former Lee Hospital. Peg enjoyed camping for 10 years at Prince Gallitzin State Park. Peg loved reading and crocheting afghans. Friends will be received from 2-4 &6-8 P.M. on Thursday and from 10 A.M. until time of service at 11 A.M. on Friday at the Baker-Harris Funeral Chapel, Conemaugh, with the Rev. John Weaver officiating. Interment will be at Forest Lawn Memorial Park with military rites conducted by Menoher Post #155 V.F.W. Ritual Team.
