Lynn Faust

Faust, Lynn, 90, of Richland Twp. Died Aug. 8, 2017, at home. Born July 1, 1927, in Spangler. Son of the late Herman and Twila (Wetherson) Faust. Survived by wife of 62 years, Margaret E. (Timcik); children, Richard (Jane Sipe) Faust, Ogletown; Monica (James) Kinley; Johnstown; Daniel Faust, Johnstown; Linda (Wes Meyers) Johnstown; and Sharon Hudson (Don Kern), Johnstown; grandchildren, Sarah Faust and David Faust, Christopher Meyers, Timothy Meyers, Connor Hudson and Olivia Hudson; Also 4 great grandchildren. 1945 graduate of Johnstown High School and 1976 graduate of University of Pittsburgh. An Army Veteran of WW II. Retired from Fuel Dept. Johnstown Plant, Bethlehem Steel Corp. Lynn was a HAM radio operator, (W3QIZ). He also was a licensed commercial pilot. Member of Shawnee Rangers Rifle Club. Lynn was an avid reader. He was noted for his craftmanship. Friends received from 11 AM to time of service at 1 PM Friday at Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland. Rev. Keith Dunn, officiating.
