Lucille M. "Cis" Keiper

KEIPER---Lucille Marian “Cis,” 70, East Taylor Township, passed on March 11, 2025 in Johnstown. Born June 8, 1954 in Johnstown, daughter of Leroy and Lucille (Marks) Graham. Preceded in death by parents; brother, Ronald Graham Sr., sister, Sandy Graham, son Robert Martin and grandson, Kasper Martin. Survived by Husband of 48 years, Harry “Dan” Keiper; daughters, Deborah and Dani; grandchildren, Jeffery, Emmily, Andrew, Nevaeh, Ellis and Nathaniel and several great-grandchildren, as well as numerous siblings, nieces and nephews. Cis was a wonderful, loving mother and grandmother. She had many hobbies like watching nature and birds, and spending time with family and friends. At Cis’s request, there will be no service or visitation. The family is being served by Baker Funeral Chapel and Cremation Services, 229-231 First St., Conemaugh. Cremation by Laurel Highlands Crematory at Harris Funeral Home, Richland. The family suggests memorial donations be made to the Humane Society of Cambria County, 743 Galleria Dr. Ext., Johnstown, PA 15904 in memory of Cis.
