Linda Kay Alters

ALTERS---Linda Kay, 73, Salix, passed away on April 15, 2024 at Windber Hospice. Born June 20, 1950 in Pitcairn, daughter of Henry and Agnes (Corle) Alters. Preceded in death parents; brothers, Irvin, Gene and Ronald. Survived by sister, Delores Miller, Salix and Delores’ children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Linda enjoyed playing the guitar and banjo and loved music. Her favorite song was How Great Thou Art and she enjoyed singing it. Linda was a knitter and loved doing puzzles. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland, and again from 10 a.m. until time of Funeral Service at 11 a.m. Friday.
