Kimberly R. Percherke

Percherke – Kimberly R. (Jardina), 53, Boswell, went to be with the Lord on May 1, 2015 at Memorial Medical Center. Born on September 27, 1961 in Johnstown, daughter of James A. Jardina Jr., Richland Township and Thomasene Ann “Tucker” (Buzzard) Neary, Richland Township. She is survived by her loving step mother, Sandra J. “Sandy” Jardina, Richland Township; step father, William C. Neary Jr., Richland Township; children, William J. Farris, married to the former Kathy J. Henry, Somerset, Lindsey M., wife of Michael G. Hammond, Glen Burnie, MD, and Matthew S. Percherke, Boswell; granddaughter, Peyton C. Hammond; brother, James A. Jardina III, married to the former Sue Ann Bovino, Richland Township; step sister, Stacey, wife of Donnie Hrapchak, Nanty Glo; step brother, William C. Neary III, married to Kathy, Walnut Port, PA; nephews, James A. Jardina IV and his fiancé, Dustin Roudabush, both of Pittsburgh and Anthony C. Jardina, Richland Township and numerous friends, including dear friends, Donna Mikolich, Boswell and Donna Mitchell, Blairsville. Kim attended Richland High School. She enjoyed cooking, picnics, long walks at the Quemahoning Dam, listening to her favorite music, and casino trips. Kim was an animal lover and cared for many over the years. She also enjoyed spending quality time with her family and new granddaughter, Peyton. Many loved and admired Kim for her sense of humor. At Kimberly’s request there will be no public viewing. Family and friends will be received from 4 p.m. until time of celebration of life at 5 p.m. Wednesday (May 6th) at the Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland. Private inurnment will be held at the convenience of the family. The family suggests contributions be directed to the Humane Society of Somerset County, 204 Whitetail Rd, Somerset, PA 15501 in memory of Kim.
