MITCHELL-NEFF--Kimberly Ann (Ulanowski) 50, Johnstown, went to be with the Lord on April 21, 2019, at Select Specialty Hospital, Johnstown. Born December 8, 1968, in the Panama Canal Zone, daughter of Stephen James and Judith Ann (Orth) Ulanowski. Preceded in death by mother and first husband, Patrick Neff and second husband, David Mitchell and partner, John Andrew Millard. Survived by father, Richland; children, John Michael Millard, Richland; Kaylee Neff, Westmont; Krista Neff and fiancé, Patrick Sanderson, South Fork; grandson, Dominic Mahon. Sister of Michelle Gustkey, Altoona; niece, Jennifer Gustkey and fiancé, Tyler Flecker, Richland; great-nephews, Michael and Ayden Flecker; and boyfriend of many years, Jason Edwards. Private graveside service will held at the convenience of the family. Cremation by Laurel Highlands Crematory at Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland.
