Julia Manculich

Manculich - Julia, 91, of East Conemaugh Borough, passed away on September 5, 2015 at Cambria Care Center, Ebensburg. She was born on May 27, 1924 in Johnstown. Daughter of Andrew and Mary (Fridmonsky) Galayda. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Michael; sisters, Anna Yasika, Verna Metarko and Irene Galayda and brothers, Andrew, John, Charlie, Michael and Steve. She is survived by sisters, Barbara Salem, Johnstown and Elizabeth Gelles, Bethel Park, PA and several nieces and nephews. Julia retired from Bell Telephone Company where she was employed as a telephone operator. She was a member of Holy Trinity Byzantine Catholic Church, East Conemaugh. Julia was a former member of the Holy Trinity Catholic Church Ladies Guild. At Julia’s request there will be no public viewing. A Committal service will be held at a later date at Grandview Cemetery.
