Judith A. Wingard

Wingard – Judith A., 72, Richland Township, went to be with the Lord on September 8, 2015 at Memorial Medical Center. Born on April 17, 1943 in Johnstown, daughter of the late Russell E. and Dolores R. (Walls) Bowen. She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Robert D. Wingard, Richland Township; children, Rhonda D., wife of Kevin D. Burkhart, Capon Bridge, WV, Robert W., married to the former Shannon Sipe, Richland Township; grandchildren, Dirk A. Webb, married to the former Erin E. Weatherly, Hedgesville, WV, Savanna L., and Sabrina A. Wingard, and Jarret W. Burkhart; great grandson, Tucker A. Webb; brother, Barry Bowen, married to the former Barbara Turnblazer, FL; aunt, Mary Lou Yoder, Richland Township and several nieces and nephews. Judy was a 1961 graduate of South Fork Croyle High School. She retired in 2003 from Richland School District. Judy was a member of Faith Chapel Independent Baptist Church. She enjoyed baking, shopping, golfing and traveling with her husband, Robert. Judy also enjoyed watching her grandchildren play sports. She loved spending time with her entire family, especially her grandchildren. Friends will be received from 3-7 p.m. on Thursday and from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. on Friday at the Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland, with the Rev. Carl F.
