Tyrol, John W., âJackâ, 88, of Richland Township, formerly of Huntington, passed away peacefully on March 27, 2012 at Memorial Medical Center with his daughter, Janice by his side. He was born on July 16, 1923 in Bristol, PA. Son of William and Margaret Tyrol. Preceded in death by his parents; wife, Ruth T. (Turner) Tyrol; daughter, Ginni T. Houp and 1 brother. Survived by loving daughters, Barbara E. wife of Frank Belusik, Delran, NJ, Janice T. wife of Barry Hildebrand, Johnstown; son-in-law, Brian Houp, Huntingdon; grandchildren, Andrea, Frankie, Matthew, Cassidy and Kody. Jack was a US Army Veteran serving during WWII. He was a member of the Huntingdon Presbyterian Church. Jack was employed for 45 years as Draftsman/Engineer at the former Rohm & Haas, Bristol, PA. He was an avid walker and reader. Jack enjoyed golfing and keeping his property meticulous. He was a devoted father and grandfather and loved spending time with his family. On behalf of Jack, his daughters wish to thank his neighbors, friends and the members of the Huntingdon Presbyterian Church for their ongoing friendship and prayers over the years. At Jackâs request there will be no public viewing. A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family at the Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland with the Rev.
