John P Lushko

Lushko – John P. 77 of Oakland, went to be with the Lord on Dec. 6, 2024 at Conemaugh hospital. Born on Jan. 8, 1947 in Johnstown, son of John and Paulette (Humbert) Lushko. Preceded in death by Parents and his sons Michael J. and Derek P. Lushko, Brother-in-law David J. Wilkie.

He is survived by his former wife Carol Vore-Orms which John lived with; sons, Chad R. and Thomas R. (Katie) Lushko; grandchildren, Rydan, Gianna, Lily and Mason; sisters, Linda Wilkie and Paulette (Walter) Zeglin; brothers, Robert G.(Linda Bumgardner) and Steven F. (Tammy) Lushko Sr. and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

 John was a 1965 graduate of Richland High School. He was a member of the National Guard, 876th Engineering Battalion. John worked at U.S. Steel and was a self-employed Contractor. He enjoyed watching western movies. John loved playing with his grandchildren and spending time with family.
