John D. Glosky

Glosky, John D., 73, of Geistown. Died March 26, 2014, at home.  Born July 14, 1940, in Windber.  Son of the late John T. and Lydia (Navalaney) Glosky.  Survived by wife of 51 years, Margaret L. (Dusack) Glosky; daughters Susan (Frank) Farina, Monroeville, PA; Karen Glosky, Erial, NJ; Marian (George) Clowes, Parkersburg, WV; and Anne Glosky (Jeff Topham), Louisville, KY;  Grandchildren, Nicholas, Emily, and Benjamin Farina; Kate and Mitchell Clowes; Judith and Caroline Topham; and Elizabeth Glosky.  Brother-in-law of William (Theresa) Dusack and Elaine (James) Makuch.  1958 graduate of Windber High School.  1962 graduate of Penn State University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.  Retired from the Laurel Corporation.  Member of and lector at St. Benedict’s Church, Geistown.  Board member of Highland Sewer and Water Authority.  Friends received 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at the Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland, where Vigil Service will be held.  Funeral mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Benedict Church.  Fr. David S.
