Jeremy J. Mackey

Mackey - Jeremy J., 28, Johnstown, went to be with the Lord on October 6, 2016 at his residence. Born on June 27, 1988 in Daytona Beach, FL, son of the late Jesse R. Mackey and Sharon R. (Blough), wife of Dennis Kowalski, Johnstown. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his loving fiancé, Leann Durica, Johnstown; brother, John G. Mackey, Germany: sisters, Pamela Heidrick, and Jamie & Jackie Ford all of Florida, and there is also another very loving person, Barbara Ford, (Jeremy’s other mother), New Smyrna Beach, FL. Jeremy was an avid gamer, enjoyed time with his family and friends and his 3 cherished cats. He had a kind sweet heart and would help anyone in need. “Hail, Holy Queen Hail, Holy Queen, mother of mercy, our life, our sweetness, and our hope. To you do we cry, poor banished children of Eve. To you do we send up our sighs, mourning, and weeping in this valley of tears. Turn then, most gracious advocate, your eyes of mercy towards us, and after this, our exile, show unto us the blessed fruit of your womb, Jesus. O clement, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary.  Pray for us. O holy Mother of God, that we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ. Amen”. At Jeremy’s request there will be no public viewing. The family is being served by the Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland.
