Jeremiah R. "Jerry" Schram Sr.

SCHRAM---Jeremiah Robert Schram Sr., “Jerry,” passed away on Wednesday, August 16, 2023, surrounded by family at his home in Johnstown, PA. He was born on September 28, 1945, to the late Robert Francis and Margaret Regina (Farrell) Schram in Sayre, PA. He grew up in Riverdale, MD and is survived by his two brothers, Fred and John. Jerry resided with his family in Edgewater, Prince Frederick, and Centreville, MD before retiring to Johnstown, PA. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Deborah (Decker) and their children: Julie (Andy Webb), Amy (Steve Borsh), Jodie (Chris Wheedleton), Theresa (Brian Paquin), Jeremy (Brad Terrell), and Andrew (Emily Zalewski). His legacy continues through 19 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, August 23, 2023 at Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland, followed by Funeral Mass at 1 p.m. at St. Benedict Church, Geistown with inurnment to follow at St. John Gualbert Cemetery.
