Helen A. Horn

Horn, Helen A., 100, of Richland Township, went to be with the Lord on January 2, 2013 at Golden Living Center. She was born on July 9, 1912 in Johnstown. Daughter of William and Anna (Gross) Lintner. Preceded in death by parents, husband, Carl A. Horn; son, William C. Horn; siblings, William, Ann, Gertrude, Caroline, John, Rosella, Mary, E. Rita, and Frances. She is survived by her loving sons, John N., married to the former Judith Palazzolo, Miamisburg, OH and Robert J. Horn, Richland Township; brother, Raymond Lintner, Pittsburgh, PA and numerous nieces and nephews. Helen was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church, where she attended daily Mass for many years. She was employed at the former Fosters Department Store, Johnstown as a Sales Clerk. Helen enjoyed traveling with her family, reading, gardening and cooking. She especially loved spending time with her family. At the family’s request there will be no public viewing. A private Prayer Service will be held at the convenience of the family at the Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland, Father Matthew Reese.
