Dawson, Helen C., 94, of Johnstown. Died December 24, 2020, at Windber Woods. Born September 3,1926, in Johnstown. Daughter of the late Charles J. and Geraldine C. (Glass) Schellhammer.  Also preceded in death by husband R. Kenneth Dawson; sons; Richard Jr. and Robert Sr.; siblings; Kenneth, Donald, Betty Lou Kopach, Dorothy A., Thomas, and infant sister.  Survived by brother Edward R. Schellhammer, Esq.; grandchildren; Lynn (Dwayne) Fisher, Richard III (Tami), Charles (Christine), Sara (Terry) Campbell, Tammy (Dave) Aurandt, Robert Jr., Ashley; 11 great-grandchildren; 2 great great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Dorothy and sister-in-law Helene Schellhammer.  Also, aunt Evelyn Smith and numerous nieces and nephews. Member of St. Barnabas Catholic Church, Bon Air, East Taylor Twp. Volunteer Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary and Cambria Co. Blind and Handicapped Assoc. Visitation from noon to time of service at 1 pm Saturday at Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland. Fr. David S. Peles, officiating. Entombment at Richland Cemetery Mausoleum.
