Hans P. Janisch, 89, of Ligonier. Passed away peacefully on Sunday Mar. 2, 2014 at Select Specially Hospital, Latrobe. . Born in Hamburg, Germany. Son of the late Paul and Erna (Koegel) Janisch. Survived by wife of 47 years, Gisela R. Janisch. Hans lived in Ligonier for 58 years. Member of Ligonier Lodge # 0331, F & AM; Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite, Valley of Pittsburgh; and Syria Shrine. Also BPOE Elks Lodge #907, Latrobe. Honoring Han’s wishes, there will be no public visitation; however friends are invited to attend funeral service at 11 AM Friday Mar. 7, 2014, at Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, (Richland) Johnstown, PA 15904.
