Geraldine R. Taylor

Taylor – Geraldine R., “Dini”, 62, Mineral Point, went to be with the Lord on June 14, 2017. Born on July 18, 1954 in Johnstown, daughter of Albert E. and Velma G. (Smay) Wachs. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, David M. Taylor, and an infant sister, Cindy. She is survived by her loving siblings, Dennis J. Sr., married to the former Tammy J. Jackson, Niles, OH, Albert P. Sr., married to the former Annette M. Mickey, Dunlo, PA, Russell W., married to the former Robin L. Ruffing, South Fork, PA, and Opal I., wife of Richard D. Gary, Johnstown, PA; several nieces, nephews, and many friends. Dini was a graduate of Conemaugh Valley High School. She retired from Bestform after 30 years of service as a picker. Dini enjoyed ceramics, bicycling and swimming, but most of all spending time with her family, especially her nieces and nephews. At Dini’s request, there will be no public viewing or service. The family is being served by the Baker-Harris Funeral Chapel, Conemaugh. Private inurnment will be at the convenience of the family. Online condolences may be posted to www.wharrisfuneralhome.com.
