G. Marie Marsh

Marsh - G. Marie, Mineral Point, passed on to her heavenly home on April 9, 2022. Born in Philipsburg Pa. March 11, 1935. Oldest daughter of Walter T and Rachel D. (Morgan) Wagner. Survived by loving husband of 69 years, Robert C Marsh (Bob/Charlie) and always surrounded by loving and caring children, Sherry (Tom) Urish, Cheryl (Randy) Wike, Robert C Jr. (Chuck) (Rhondabeth) Mackall, Vikki (Terry) Grove, Lisa (Tom) Pickel. Most wonderful grandchildren ever, Nichole (David) Spochart, Jessica (John) Ketchock, Robbie Urish, Michael Shoemaker, Chelsea Marsh, Trent (Jessica) Marsh. The very best Great grandchildren, Hunter Spochart and Zoe Marie Ketchock. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews all wonderful adults. Preceded in death by parents, brothers, Walter “Bill”, Richard “Dick” Harry, John, and Ralph. Beloved sisters, Carol (Lem) Hollen and Martha (Fred) Moyer. She loved the Steelers, Pirates and the Penguins, her grandson, Michael’s favorite team. A special tribute to our Minister of 40+ years Rev. Marvin Lowery and our beloved Pastor Geno Bartoletti.

At Marie’s request, there will be no public viewing. Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Saturday, April 16^th, from noon until time of Memorial Service at 1 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Nanty Glo, with Pastor Geno Bartoletti officiating. Private inurnment will at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the First Baptist Church of Nanty Glo, 995 2nd St, Nanty-Glo, PA 15943 in memory of G. Marie Marsh.
